Two students who had sex in school cafeteria to face chargesRSA1 (1)

Two young secondary school understudies in Georgia face wrongdoing open profanity charges after a sex demonstration purportedly was performed amid lunch in the school cafeteria, a school authority told CNN.

The claimed episode happened October 10 at Etowah High School in Woodstock, almost 35 miles north of Atlanta.

"A female understudy purportedly made a sexual offer to a male comrade amid lunch," Barbara Jacoby, a representative for the secondary school told CNN in an announcement Wednesday. "The male comrade later told managers that he thought this offer was a joke, yet when the female understudy started to follow up on it, the male understudy said he ceased her," Jacoby said.

The episode was recorded on the PDA of no less than two understudies, as indicated by Jacoby, who said there is no proof to recommend the feature was shared or saw by different understudies.

CNN identifies with a unidentified understudy at the school who said the feature was shared and saw past the gathering included.

No less than seven young men and one young lady were included, with one of the young men "challenging" the young lady to perform the demonstration, the understudy said.

In any case, Jacoby said the understudies who recorded the episode on Wednesday repeated to powers that they erased the feature "subsequent to acknowledging they may face charges for having it and did not disseminate it."

She also told CNN that talk of distribution of the video was rumor.
School officials who were present in the cafeteria at the time of the alleged incident became aware that something had happened after students began talking among each other about what happened, the student told CNN.

Jacoby said students sitting at a cafeteria table “blocked other students and staff from witnessing what occurred.”

“[School officials are in the cafeteria] but they usually just stand in the middle to make sure nobody leaves the cafeteria, but I guess they don’t really monitor,” one Etowah High School student told CNN affiliate WSB-TV.

“Appropriate school disciplinary action will occur for all students; the details of that action cannot be disclosed due to student privacy laws,” Jacoby said.
