Eligibility & Terms
> Cumulative, U.S. equivalent 3.25 grade point average (GPA)
> Apply by April 15 (fall) or October 1 (spring)

> Newly admitted (never previously enrolled at ODU)

> Ineligible for Virginia in-state tuition rates
> Pursue an initial Bachelor's degree

> ISS covers only degree seeking courses
> Valid non-immigrant visa status

Renewal
> Full-time enrollment (at least 12 credit hours for both the Fall and Spring terms)

> Renewable for up to four years (eight semesters)
> Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25

Supplemental Materials
> One (1) page essay indicating academic intent and personal goal
> Two (2) letters of recommendation from previous teachers or advisors. Leadership ability through school and community activities should be addressed
> TOEFL & SAT are optional, though highly recommended
